Responsibilities
Conduct laboratory equipment calibration and ensure accurate results in the Chem Path department.
Perform a wide range of diagnostic tests on patient samples and maintain detailed records of the outcomes.
Ensure compliance with ISO 15189 standards to guarantee the highest quality and safety in laboratory procedures.
Supervise and lead a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities.
Collaborate with other departments to contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our medical services.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science
Proven experience in a similar position, demonstrating proficiency in Chem Path tasks.
In-depth knowledge of ISO 15189 standards and their application in a medical laboratory setting.
Strong people management and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members effectively.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of issues.
