Responsibilities

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

Monitoring and improving brand awareness across various digital channels.
Developing strategies for digital content creation, including email campaigns, social media posts, and video events.
Managing Search Engine Optimization (SEO) activities to increase website and social media platform traffic and generate leads and responses.
Establishing an editorial calendar to plan short and long-term content for different social media platforms.
Writing content for social media posts, blog posts, newsletters, and articles according to the editorial calendar.
Monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media posts, including reach, impressions, audience growth rate, and engagement rate.
Monitoring and measuring the performance of newsletters, including delivery rate, opening rate, and bounce back rate.
Creating compelling subject headlines and body content to capture the attention of the target audience.
Identifying gaps in content and recommending new content to address the company's current content needs.
Providing support for content creation related to interviews or company communications.

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, tools, and techniques.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in content creation and copywriting.
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and SEO practices.
Strong analytical skills to monitor and measure the performance of digital marketing efforts.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A creative mindset and the ability to think outside the box.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
